Messages may remain in the recipient email account for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with the enquiry, maintain records or meet applicable legal obligations.

Hosting and administration

The website uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for content storage, media storage and administrator authentication. Providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the service, including IP addresses and request details. Administrator login uses session cookies. Visitors do not need to create an account to read the public website.

Personal information is not shared for unrelated purposes. Service providers that operate the website or process communications handle information where necessary for those services, including the form and email providers.
