Legal Counsel and Legal Team Lead
I advise on legal, regulatory and governance matters involving artificial intelligence, research, technology development and organisational operations. I also lead the AI + Law Portfolio for EqualyzAI.
My work includes AI governance, data protection, intellectual property, technology contracting and regulatory compliance. I work across legal, product, engineering, research and management teams to turn legal analysis into product requirements, contractual positions, approval conditions and governance records.
BOC LegalX Innovation
Innovation Lead
I led the development of legal technology products for the Nigerian market, including tools for legal research, regulatory compliance, anti-money laundering and data protection.
DWF (Ireland) LLP
Paralegal
I supported commercial, construction, infrastructure and dispute-resolution matters, including work involving NEC4 and FIDIC contracts. The role included legal research, document review, witness materials, correspondence and support for partner-led matters. I also served as Personal Assistant to the Regional Managing Partner and supported financial administration for the Casualty and Construction teams.

I supported the firm’s legal and operational work before being promoted to Paralegal in May 2024.

I researched AI, cybersecurity, smart contracts and emerging-technology regulation across EU and UK jurisdictions. I also reviewed technology licence agreements and supported data protection documentation, cyber-risk reports and IT regulatory policies.
